A: No. flexVDI is a virtual machine hypervisor, and cannot be installed inside a virtual machine. You have to install it in a physical server.
If you try to do it, you can get error messages about virtualization support during installation, flexVDI manager and flexVDI guests can have problems accessing the network, and you can experiment other errors. Even if everything works, performance of nested virtualization will be so bad that it won't be useful even for evaluation/testbed.
