Since flexVDI 3.1, the OCFS2 packages are not a requirement anymore. Since there is a different kmod-ocfs2-flexvdi package for each kernel release, it is difficult to automatically pull them using RPM dependencies, and conflicts arise sometimes that may confuse users. So, the first option of the OCFS2 submenu in the flexVDI Config tool install installs the OCFS2 packages, including the right version of the kmod-ocfs2-flexvdi package for the currently running kernel. Run it in every host.
